Corroboree Park

31/07/13

We’ve come to Corroboree Park to do a sunset wetlands cruise. The kids were happy checking out Brutus the Saltwater crocodile, Fred the Freshwater Crocodile, a couple of buffalo’s and some pigs at the Corroboree Park Tavern Zoo, while we set up camp.

The cruise was great and we all loved it! 🙂Corroboree Park We saw heaps of birds including nesting eagle pairs, kingfishers, darters, Jesus birds (they walk on water), a jabiru and our first wild crocs.Corroboree Park

Corroboree Park Cameron liked watching me enjoying the cruise. This is one of my choices for the trip and I was sooo happy I couldn’t stop grinning.

Corroboree Park Beautiful sunset over the billabong and all its Lilly pads.  Corroboree Park

Great dinner back at the Tavern after the cruise. Barramundi, salad & chips – yum! Cameron’s favourite meal of the trip.
